espp parents' library for deaf children

A warm welcome to the espp parents’ library for deaf children.

The library was launched in 2003 with a grant from the Royal National Institute for the Deaf (RNID) and the Department for Education and Skills.

Our aim is to make information available to parents and families of deaf children living in London.

We have information on all sorts of topics – for example, parenting, communication and child development.

The library is part of the ESPP programme.

This is a UK government-funded programme to support the development of support services for disabled children under two and their families.

We hope you enjoy our site and would welcome any ideas or comments you may have.
